Atmosphere

Atmosphere, our latest project. A 12 story luxury student apartments building opened the summer of 2024. On the corner of W Washington Ave. and Regent St. in the heart of Madison.

ADRIA

The Adria is a luxury lakeside apartment building located in Downtown Madison, Wisconsin where routines turn to lifestyles, with community at the center of it all. This is more than just a place to live.

Bakke Recreation & Wellbeing Center

The Bakke (bah-kee) Center features spaces dedicated to supporting wellbeing services, as well as a 25-yard recreational pool, eight multipurpose courts, Sub-Zero Ice Center, a climbing and bouldering wall, sports simulators, multipurpose studios, an indoor jogging track, a rooftop fitness area, and over 29,000 square feet of fitness space.

ADRIA

NoVo’s striking appearance is a new and outstanding addition to Madison’s already impressive skyline.

Located a stone’s throw from the Wisconsin State Capitol, NoVo brings new life and a fresh perspective to its storied downtown location.

This beautiful building was finished in 2022. Located on Madison's west side, this building features beautiful interior and exterior cladding.
